The rally was held at the open platform of Shapla Chattar in Khagrachhari at 3 pm today. At the rally, NCP convener Nahid Islam said that there is no alternative to strengthening the bond of unity and harmony among the people of all communities living in the hills for the development of the hills. Both the hill and Bengali communities are deprived in various fields including economic development, education, and health. If development is to be brought about in the hills, there is no alternative to unity and harmony. If development can be brought about in the hills through harmony, all the hill and Bengalis will benefit. At this time, he said that an inclusive Bangladesh of many languages and cultures will be built. NCP Chief Coordinator Nasiruddin Patwari said, “For the last 15 years, there has been a hoax in the name of digital. So far, no educational institution in the hills is teaching digitally. There are still many places where the network has not reached. I want to reshape my Bangladesh.”
NCP Member Secretary Akhtar Hossain said, the Nagorik Party wants to build a recent Bangladesh, not a division. Since the establishment of Bangladesh, everyone was asked to become Bengalis. But there are other ethnic groups in Bangladesh. No matter how small they are in number, work will be done keeping everyone in mind.
Northern Region Chief Organizer Sarjis Alam sought prayers for the victims of the plane crash at Milestone School and College in Dhaka. At this time, he urged the government to ensure the necessary treatment of the injured quickly.
